High temperature welded metal bellows series have been successfully used in high temperature chemical process and oil refining industry for many years. Commonly used in high temperature hydrocarbon, heat conduction oil and chemical high temperature medium. Suitable for centrifugal pump, gear pump and other rotary shaft equipment.

Structural characteristics

Welding metal corrugated tube wave plate instead of spring as a more balanced repair parts, small radial size, no plugging, can transport higher viscosity, containing a larger proportion of particles working conditions.

No propulsive secondary seal, avoid static seal on the shaft or shaft sleeve wear and early failure of the secondary seal.

The inner diameter of the corrugated tube has a 45° bevel Angle, which helps to avoid stress concentration and prolong the service life.

The static seal adopts flexible graphite instead of rubber parts, which improves the temperature resistance of the seal to 425C. High temperature 69 series seal performance and test are in line with AP1682 standard C seal specification.
